Over the course of 2020 we completed the last of the work on our Inverness office, although there was a slight delay due to COVID restrictions.  We had hoped to be in a position to have client meetings in our refurbished office in the near future, but the most recent lock-down means we may not be able to do so for a little longer.  Whilst we look forward to welcoming clients back when it is safe to do so, we are still able to meet up remotely, using video call applications such as Teams, Zoom and Facetime, or by telephone for those that are not comfortable with the video technology.

For many of our existing clients, we have already used some of this technology to keep in touch and have found this has worked very well, in the absence of being able to meet up.  For those looking to engage a Financial Planner during the lockdown period, we are still working as normal and can use the same technologies to carry out our initial meetings remotely, until such time as we are allowed to open our office once again.  The initial meeting with a Financial Planner is at our expense and allows you to understand how we may be able to help you meet your personal objectives, before you move through the financial advice process.
